The Jonas Brother will be hosting the 2009 MuchMusic Video Awards, it has been announced. The show is scheduled for June 21st, a day after they kick off their tour for their new material “ Lines, Vines and Trying Times.” Nick said about the announcement, "We're the kind of guys who aren't afraid to poke fun at ourselves.”We'll figure out a fun way to incorporate some humor into the show. We definitely don't take ourselves too seriously." Kevin also claimed, "We're so excited to get back up to Canada, and co-hosting the MMVAs is a real honor for us!"
